OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY

Course Evaluations

The University Honors College requires a unique course evaluation that students complete at the end of the term. This evaluation differs from the standard OSU course evaluation and is used in addition to the OSU Standard Evaluations of Teaching (SET). The UHC course evaluation is a two-page form consisting of four questions in which students write short answers about their experiences in the course. There are also nine quantitative questions included. This is a thorough evaluation that professors have found extremely helpful in gaining feedback on their UHC courses.

A PDF version of the written course evaluation is included below for your review. If you have any questions regarding the UHC course evaluation process please contact the UHC Office directly.

Written course evaluation

During the last few weeks of the term, the UHC evaluations will be sent to you via campus mail. Please have a student distribute the evaluations and have a student bring the evaluations back to the UHC Office (230 Strand Hall). You should not be present while students are completing the evaluations.
