University Honors College students graduate with an Honors Baccalaureate degree in their major as an Honors Scholar or an Honors Associate.
The Honors Baccalaureate degree is jointly awarded by the UHC and the college responsible for the student's major(s). University Honors College students select UHC requirements to complement their academic major. Each term students meet with an advisor in their academic department and an advisor in the UHC.

All University Honors College students must maintain a 3.25 cumulative OSU GPA and make progress toward fulfilling the requirements of the UHC and their disciplinary major. UHC student grades will be audited each term. Those at risk of falling below the threshold will be notified by letter and are required to meet with a UHC Advisor.
