Congrats to 2025 HC graduate Andreas Palmateer! Andreas earned an H.B.S in chemistry engineering with minors in chemistry and materials science and completed his thesis, “Optimizing heterogeneous catalyst performance in model plastic ethenolysis,” under the mentorship of Dr. Lucas Ellis, an assistant professor of chemical, biological, and environmental engineering in the College of Engineering. Following graduation, he'll be attending the University of Oregon, where he'll be entering their Electrochemistry Master's Internship Program.
