Congrats to 2023 HC graduate Ann Ramsey! Ann earned an H.B.S. in animal sciences with a minor in chemistry and completed her thesis, “Comparing the Ovarian Expression of Sperm Acrosome Associated 3 Protein in Young and Adult Queens,” under the mentorship of Dr. Michelle Kutzler, a professor of animal and rangeland sciences in the College of Agricultural Sciences. Ann is finishing her first year of veterinary school and graduating from the HC concurrently thanks to an accelerated undergraduate program. After graduation, she will continue her veterinary school journey for another three years before starting her career in this fascinating field. This summer, Ann will live and work in Baltimore, MD as part of Johns Hopkins University's Veterinary Research Scholars Program.
