Caprial Farrington

Congratulations to winter 2021 HC graduate Caprial Farrington! Caprial graduated with an H.B.A. in history and a minor in Spanish. Her thesis, "Beyond the Carpetbagger: The Emergence of Racialized Terms as a Political Weapon in the Reconstruction Era South," was completed under the mentorship of Stacey Smith, an associate professor in the School of History, Philosophy, and Religion. After graduation, Caprial will be attending the University of Georgia to pursue a fully-funded Ph.D. in educational administration and policy. Congrats, Caprial!
