Congrats to 2025 HC graduate Cassidy Ochoa! Cassidy earned an H.B.S in climate science with a minor in writing and completed her thesis, “Weathermakers: Sunshades & Science Fiction,” under the mentorship of Dr. Andrea Jenney, an assistant professor of earth, ocean and atmospheric sciences in the College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences. After graduation, Cassidy plans on pursuing an internship at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, where she will be a part of the Eco-Hydrology and Data Science for Humanitarian Applications Project. She hopes to use precipitation modeling data to help others and tell the story of our planet! In the fall, she plans on starting her PhD program in Atmospheric Science in New York at the University at Albany.
