Congratulations to spring 2021 HC graduate Danil Thorstensson! Danil will graduate with an H.B.S. in earth sciences, an H.B.S. in environmental econ and policy, and a minor in political science. Danil's thesis, "Evaluation of a Variable Mixing Efficiency Parameterization on the Simulation of Last Glacial Maximum (LGM) Oceanic Circulation," was completed under the mentorship of Andreas Schmittner, a professor in the College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences. After graduation, Danil will be attending graduate school in international political economy. Congrats, Danil!
