Congrats to spring 2022 HC graduate Emily McAllister! Emily earned an H.B.S. in biohealth sciences, with a minor in chemistry, and completed her thesis, “Immunomodulatory Properties of Glycomacropeptide In Vitro and In Vivo Digests,” under the mentorship of David Dallas, Ph.D., assistant professor of nutrition in the School of Biological and Population Health Sciences in the College of Public Health and Human Sciences. After graduation, Emily will begin a graduate program for healthcare administration while working on applications to medical school.
