Congrats to 2024 HC graduate Emma Gilmore Emma earned an H.B.S in biohealth sciences and medical humanities with minors in chemistry and psychology and completed her thesis, “Shadows and Spirits: Illuminating the Effects of Attention on Dark-Enhanced Startle Responses Under the Influence of Alcohol” under the mentorship of Dr. Daniel Bradford, an assistant professor in the School of Psychological Science in the College of Liberal Arts. Following graduation, Emma will be working as a Medical Assistant at Knott Street Dermatology in Portland, Oregon while applying to medical school.
