Congrats to 2022 HC graduate Emma Maddox! Emma earned an H.B.S. in biohealth sciences, with minors in Spanish and Chemistry, and completed her thesis, “Diets and Their Influence on Fibromyalgia Symptoms: A Systematic Literature Review,” under the mentorship of Dr. Yumie Takata, associate professor in the School of Biological and Population Sciences in the College of Public Health and Human Sciences. After graduation, Emma will be heading to Chicago to gain professional experience in a dermatology office before applying to medical school.
