Congrats to 2024 HC graduate Galen Moll Galen earned an H.B.S. in food science and technology with a minor in chemistry and completed their thesis, “Comparing Taste Sensitivities of Sweet Compounds as a Function of Hunger,” under the mentorship of Dr. Juyun Lim, a professor in the Food Science and Sustainable Technologies department within the College of Agricultural Sciences. After graduation, Galen will be moving to Massachusetts to gain experience in the food science industry with longer-term ideas of going to grad school for food sensory.
