Congrats to 2024 HC graduate Jules Winding! Jules earned an H.B.S. in public health and completed her thesis, “Effects of Yeast Type and Environmental Factors on Kombucha Fermentation,” under the mentorship of Dr. Chris Curtin, an associate professor of food science and technology in the College of Agricultural Sciences. Aspiring to become a dental hygienist, Jules will be applying to dental hygiene school after graduation.
