Congratulations to 2021 HC graduate Julia Zavala! Julia graduated with an H.B.S. in biology. Julia's thesis, "Disparities in Mental Health Status, Beliefs, Treatment, and Help-Seeking with Depression for Students of Color in College," was completed under the mentorship of David Kerr, a professor of psychology in the College of Liberal Arts. Next, Julia will be taking a gap year to apply to medical school. Congrats, Julia!
