Congrats to 2023 HC graduate Katie Slough! Katie earned an H.B.S. in bioengineering and completed her thesis, “Sensory Analysis of Fining Agents for Smoke-Tainted Pinot Noir,” under the mentorship of Dr. Elizabeth Tomasino, an associate professor of food science and technology in the College of Agricultural Sciences. After graduation, Katie is looking for a job in the medical device field.
