Congrats to 2024 HC graduate Kiki Kappos Kiki earned an H.B.S in fish, wildlife, and conservation sciences & geographic information science with a minor in marine biology and completed her thesis, “Locating Carcharodon carcharias in Oregon Waters” under the mentorship of Dr. Taylor Chapple, an assistant professor of the COMES - Newport Environmental Station (Big Fish Lab) in the College of Agricultural Sciences. After graduation, Kiki will be taking a gap year to gain career-related experience, then plans to return to academia to earn her master's degree, possibly at OSU!
