Congrats to 2024 HC graduate Lauren Ringrose Lauren earned an H.B.S in environmental sciences and geographic information science with a minor in forestry and completed her thesis, “Aquatic Vertebrate Responses to Canopy Cover Changes Adjacent to Oregon Coast Range Streams” under the mentorship of Dr. Dana Warren, an associate professor of the Department of Forest Ecosystems and Society in the College of Forestry. After graduation, Lauren will be working with the U.S. Forest Service in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, Washington in the Naches Ranger District. She will be conducting post-fire surveys and doing climate adaptive landscape monitoring.
