Congrats to 2024 HC graduate Lik Rong Lim Lik Rong earned an H.B.S in environmental sciences and chemistry with minors in business and innovation & entrepreneurship and completed his thesis, “Selective Removal of Off-flavor Volatile Thiol Found in Processed Vegetables in a Laboratory Setting” under the mentorship of Dr. Elizabeth Tomasino, an associate professor of food sciences in the College of Agricultural Sciences. After graduation, Lik Rong plans on attending graduate school at OSU for food science and technology under Dr. Elizabeth Tomasino to research more about sulfur related wine chemistry.
