Congrats to 2024 HC graduate Megan Easterday Megan earned an H.B.S in biology with a minor in chemistry and completed her thesis, “Investigating heartworm infection in dogs : combining publicly available dog testing data with mosquito surveillance” under the mentorship of Dr. Brianna Beechler, an assistant professor of research in vet biomedical science in the Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, Megan plans to travel for the summer, and then to hopefully work while preparing to apply to veterinary school.
