After graduation in 2022 with a H.B.S. in biochemistry and molecular biology, and a minor in chemistry, Natalie headed to Washington D.C.’s National Institutes of Health to work as a research fellow before applying for M.D./Ph.D. programs.
Natalie's honors college thesis, Investigating Changes in Osteosarcoma-Cell Apoptosis and Proliferation Induced by Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Derived Exosomes, was completed under the mentorship of Jennifer Johns.
