Congrats to 2024 HC graduate Roxanne Rosetta Bahn-Bales Roxanne earned an H.B.S in bioengineering and completed her thesis, “Interviews with Gender-Affirming Surgeons: Applications and Implications of Tissue Engineering Research and Impact of Legislative and Policy Restrictions on Gender-Affirming Surgeries and Patient Care” under the mentorship of Dr. Michelle Bothwell, a professor of chemical, biological, and environmental engineering in the College of Engineering. Following graduation, Roxanne plans to further develop her thesis data into more papers, volunteer at research conferences, and travel!
