Congratulations to spring 2021 HC graduate Sofia Beer! Sofia will graduate with an H.B.S. in human development and family science, and a minor in chemistry. Sofia's thesis, "Role of MEK Mutations in Trametinib Resistant Acute Myeloid Leukemia Cells," was completed under the mentorship of Victor Bovbjerg, a professor in the College of Public Health and Human Sciences. After graduation, Sofia will be moving to New York City to work at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a clinical research coordinator. Congrats, Sofia!
