Sophie Krueger

Congrats to 2025 HC graduate Sophie Krueger! Sophie earned an H.B.S in biohealth sciences and completed her thesis, “Nutritional Outcomes for Pre-Term Infants: Comparing Lipid Digestion Profiles of Infants Fed Heat vs Pressure Processed Human Donor Milk” under the mentorship of Dr. David Dallas, an associate professor of public health and human sciences in the College of Health. Following graduation, Sophie will be working a season in New Zealand as a polo groom and playing in chukkars when she can. Upon returning to the US, she will be moving to Bend to work as a medical assistant and take a gap year before PA school.
