Congrats to 2023 HC graduate Sukhjot Sal! Sukhjot earned an HBA in English with a minor in writing and completed her thesis, “Investigation into Oregon State University's Treatment of Bernard Malamud and the Writing Department,” under the mentorship of Dr. Neil Davidson, a professor of English in the College of Liberal Arts. After graduation, Sukhjot will be interning at The Bulletin newspaper in Bend, in partnership with the Portland chapters of the Asian American Journalists Association and Society of Professional Journalists. After that, she plans on applying to graduate schools for journalism while working remotely.
