Congrats to 2023 HC graduate Bridget Price! Bridget earned an H.B.S. in chemical engineering and bioresource research with a minor in chemistry and completed her thesis, “The Role of Microbial Symbiosis in Algal Biomass Cultivation,” under the mentorship of Dr. Frank Chaplen, a professor of biological and ecological engineering in the College of Agricultural Sciences. After graduation, Bridget will spend the next school year doing research at Wageningen University in the Netherlands as a Fulbright Scholar. Then she will pursue her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
