Hey everyone! I’m Molly Wheeldon, a first year at Oregon State University. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I am double majoring in biohealth sciences and human development and family sciences with a pre-medicine option. After graduating, I plan to attend medical school with the intent of specializing in pediatric care.

I was born and raised in Saint Helens, Oregon, a small town known for being the filming location of the Twilight and Halloweentown series! Outside of school, I enjoy playing guitar, crocheting and hiking around the PNW. One of my favorite pastime activities is shopping in local stores, which I find myself often doing in downtown Corvallis.

On campus, I am involved in several communities including Pre-Med Society, as well as the Alzheimer’s Buddies program, Honors College Student Association and Circle K International/Global Medical Brigades. Another group that I’m a part of is the sorority of Sigma Kappa. Through these organizations I find myself spending a lot of free time going to fun activities, such as pizza parties, ice cream socials and movie nights.

I chose Oregon State University because I felt a true connection with the campus and Honors College community. As someone who recently went through the college transition process, I understand how nerve-wracking it can be! Feel free to reach out if you have questions about my experiences at Oregon State so far. I am so happy to be an ambassador and can’t wait to connect with you all!
