Congratulations to 2021 HC graduate Rylie Tiffin! Rylie graduated with an H.B.S. in management and an H.B.S. in public health. Rylie's thesis, "Creating a Climate for Inclusion in Hospitals," was completed under the mentorship of Pauline Schilpzand, an associate professor of organizational behavior in the College of Business. Next, Rylie will be stepping into the role of regional testing partner/coordinator with Santiam Hospital. Congrats, Rylie!
