Entomology Research

Honors College students at Oregon State University are invited to join Dr. Navneet Kaur’s research and Extension program in the Department of Crop and Soil Science. The program focuses on applied entomology, integrated pest management (IPM), and biological control in specialty seed and vegetable systems. Since 2020, Dr. Kaur has mentored 15+ undergraduates in lab, field, and Extension-focused research on IPM for economically important pests. This opportunity is ideal for students interested in entomology, agriculture, environmental science, plant health, or applied biology, particularly those considering graduate school or careers in agricultural research, Extension, or sustainable pest management.
